D-Jewel Gallery reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, limit quantities, or decline transactions at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving incorrect pricing, product unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, incomplete or inaccurate customer information, or misuse of our website.

Product Information and Availability
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that our product descriptions, images, specifications, prices and availability are accurate.
However, product colours may vary slightly due to photography, lighting conditions, monitor settings or device displays. Minor variations in finish, texture, stone colour, size, shape or detailing may also occur, particularly in handcrafted jewellery.
Every effort is made to keep product listings accurate. However, in exceptional circumstances, materials or components may become unavailable after an order has been placed. If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will notify the customer and offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit or refund, where applicable.
Made-to-Order Products
Every D-Jewel Gallery piece is handcrafted and made to order. Production begins only after an order has been successfully placed and payment has been received.
As each piece is individually prepared, minor variations in finish, texture, stone placement, colour or craftsmanship may occur. These natural variations are part of the handcrafted process and shall not be considered manufacturing defects.
Jewellery Disclaimer
D-Jewel Gallery offers fashion, imitation and demi-fine jewellery.
Unless expressly stated on the respective product page, our products are not made from precious metals such as gold, silver or platinum, nor do they contain natural precious gemstones such as diamonds, emeralds, rubies or sapphires.
Product descriptions containing terms such as "gold," "silver," "rose gold," "kundan," "polki," "pearl," "emerald," or similar references may describe the colour, finish, plating, style, design inspiration or imitation materials used and should not be interpreted as indicating genuine precious metals or natural gemstones unless specifically mentioned.
Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
Prices, offers, discounts and product availability may change without prior notice.
In the event of pricing errors, technical errors or incorrect product information, D-Jewel Gallery reserves the right to cancel or modify an order. Where payment has already been received, any applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Orders

An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment.

Payments
D-Jewel Gallery currently accepts prepaid orders only.
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. D-Jewel Gallery does not store complete credit card, debit card, UPI or net banking credentials on its own servers.

Jewellery Care
Fashion, imitation and demi-fine jewellery requires proper care to maintain its appearance and finish.
Customers are advised to avoid contact with water, perfumes, cosmetics, chemicals, sweat and excessive moisture. Jewellery should be stored separately in a dry place after use.
D-Jewel Gallery shall not be responsible for tarnishing, colour fading, stone displacement, breakage, accidental damage, skin reactions or normal wear and tear resulting from improper handling, misuse or failure to follow reasonable care instructions.
