Order Processing
Once your order is successfully placed, our team will review, pack, and prepare it for dispatch.
Ready-to-Ship Products:
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days, subject to product availability and order confirmation.
Made-to-Order / Custom Products:
For made-to-order or customized pieces, processing time may vary depending on the design and availability of materials. The estimated dispatch timeline will be shared with you at the time of order confirmation.
Please note that processing timelines do not include Sundays, public holidays, or delays caused by payment verification, incomplete address details, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently offer shipping across India through trusted courier partners.
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier serviceability.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details through email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.
Delivery Address
Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and email ID are entered correctly at the time of placing the order.
D-Jewel Gallery will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
Damaged, Missing, or Lost Packages
We take proper care while packing every order. However, if your package arrives damaged or appears tampered with, please contact us immediately at djewelgallery.stores@gmail.com with clear photos or videos of the package and product.
For lost or delayed packages, we will coordinate with the courier partner and assist you with the claim or investigation process. Final resolution will depend on the courier partner's investigation and policies.
