At D-Jewel Gallery, every jewellery piece is carefully handcrafted, inspected, packed and dispatched with attention to quality.

D-Jewel Gallery is a brand operated by Yello Digi LLP.

• No returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or colour and design preferences.
• Minor variations in handcrafted jewellery are not considered defects.
• If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery, preferably within 24 hours.
• Email your order number, item and packaging photos, and a brief description to djewelgallery.stores@gmail.com.
• An unboxing video is strongly recommended.
• Keep the item unused, with its tags and packaging, while we review your claim.
• Approved claims may receive a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund, depending on the issue.
• Cancellation may not be possible after production starts or the order is dispatched.
