Thank you for shopping with D-Jewel Gallery. This Shipping Policy explains our order processing, dispatch timelines, shipping coverage, delivery estimates and other important information relating to the shipment of your orders.
Shipping and delivery
- We deliver within India, subject to courier serviceability at your PIN code.
- Estimated delivery is 3–15 business days from order confirmation, including processing and transit. Timing varies by product and delivery location. Some products have a faster estimate shown on their product page.
- Shipping is ₹99 for orders below ₹1,499 and free for orders of ₹1,499 or more.
- Tracking details are shared after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates.
Payment and delivery issues
- Website checkout accepts prepaid orders. Cash on Delivery is available only for orders confirmed via WhatsApp, not at website checkout.
- If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. Returns and exchanges are handled under our Return and Exchange Policy.
