At D-Jewel Gallery, we take care to check, pack, and dispatch every jewellery piece with proper attention.

D-Jewel Gallery is a brand operated by Yello Digi LLP.

Due to the nature of fashion, imitation, and demi-fine jewellery, along with hygiene and handling reasons, we currently do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed and shipped.

No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges

All sales made through D-Jewel Gallery are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer

  • Size, colour, or design preference after delivery

  • Minor colour variation due to lighting, photography, or screen display

  • Minor design, finish, or stone variation in handcrafted or semi-handcrafted jewellery

  • Damage caused by improper use, storage, handling, water, perfume, sweat, chemicals, or cosmetics

Customers are requested to carefully review the product details, images, size, colour, quantity, and shipping information before placing the order.

Damaged or Defective Items

Although we do not offer general returns, refunds, or exchanges, if your item arrives in a damaged or defective condition due to a manufacturing or packing issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To raise a damaged or defective item request, please share:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Clear photos of the packaging

  • Unboxing video, if available

  • Short description of the issue

After receiving the details, our team will review the issue on a case-by-case basis.

If the issue is approved after review, D-Jewel Gallery may offer a suitable resolution such as replacement, repair support, store credit, or another solution at our discretion, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.

Hygiene and Packaging

For hygiene and quality reasons, products must remain unused and in their original packaging for any damage-related review.

Items that appear used, worn, altered, damaged due to handling, or not in their original packaging may not be eligible for any resolution.

Important Note

Any damaged or defective item request raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

D-Jewel Gallery reserves the right to reject claims if the issue appears to be caused by customer handling, misuse, wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper storage.
