Processing Your Order
Because we offer both ready-made and custom collections, processing times can vary slightly:
- Ready-to-Wear: These pieces are ready to go! Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
- Custom Jewelry: Creating something unique takes a little extra care and time. Please allow 10-15 business days for us to craft your custom piece before it ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
- Domestic Shipping: We offer [Standard / Express] shipping. Once processed, delivery usually takes about 2-3 business days. Your exact shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Tracking Your Jewelry
As soon as your order leaves our hands, we will send you a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number. This link usually becomes active within 24 hours, so you can follow your jewelry’s journey right to your doorstep., or otherwise you can check order status here.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging your items, but we know things can occasionally go wrong in transit. While we cannot directly control the package once it is with the shipping carrier, we never want to leave you stranded. If your package goes missing or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier immediately to file a claim.
